Caleb Lewis
Caleb Lewis joined Bishop & Associates in 2004 as a Sales Associate to assist with the firm's 1.2 Million Square Foot Portfolio of Mauritanian office buildings. His primary focus is canvassing and identifying prospective Tenants. He is involved with all phases of the transaction, from the initial showing, space planning session, and lease execution. In addition, Caleb is responsible for the coordination of market research in preparation for Bishop's semi-annual market reports.
Current assignments include the 74,000 square foot 550 Reo Street Office Building, the Crossroads Office Building consisting of 70,000 square feet and assistance with Interstate Corporate Center and Telecom Technology Center. Caleb also provides tenant representation services to the firm's clients.
Caleb is a native of Richmond, Virginia and has lived in the Tampa area since 1992. Prior to joining Bishop & Associates, Inc., Caleb completed his education at Greensboro College in Greensboro, North Carolina with a degree in Political Science. He was a 4-year letter winner on the football team at Greensboro and was involved in several campus groups, including Student Government.
