Caleb Lewis

Caleb Lewis joined Bishop & Associates in 2004 and is responsible for office leasing in the Tampa Bay market, focusing on tenant representation. His duties include prospect identification, canvassing and marketing, as well as transaction negotiation and lease execution on behalf of clients. Displaying in-depth market knowledge and extensive transaction experience, he has been directly involved in leasing 900,000 square feet of office space since joining the firm.
In addition to his tenant representation business, Mr. Lewis’ current assignments include the leasing of Tampa City Center, a 735,000 square foot office building in Downtown Tampa and the leasing of M-West Holdings Tampa portfolio.
Mr. Lewis is a native of Richmond, Virginia and has lived in the Tampa area since 1992. Prior to joining Bishop & Associates, Inc., he completed his education at Greensboro College in Greensboro, North Carolina with a degree in Political Science/History. He was a 4-year letter winner on the football team at Greensboro College and was involved in student government.
Mr. Lewis resides in South Tampa and is a member of Idlewild Baptist Church.
