Jim Crews
In August 2001, Jim Crews joined Bishop & Associates, Inc., as Broker/Associate. Jim brings to Bishop over 23 years of commercial real estate experience in multiple areas including leasing, sales management, market analysis, property management, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Prior to joining the Bishop team, he served as General Manager of the St. Petersburg Koger Center, where he directed a commercial office portfolio of 15 buildings and 670,000 square feet.
Jim is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate services to the local, regional and national Bishop client base. While his primary focus is on landlord and tenant representation, he also works with retail and sales/investments.
Jim completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree at Florida State University.

Personal Information
Jim and his wife reside in South Tampa. He is a member of Bayside Community Church and the Tampa Yacht and Country Club.
