Robin Bishop
In January 2000, Robin Bishop formed BIshop & Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate firm located in Tampa, Florida. With over twenty-one years of experience, the firm provides commercial real estate services to local and national clients. As an office specialist, Bishop's primary focus includes tenant and landlord representation of commercial office space. Other services include site acquisitions/dispositions and investment sales.
Current agency assignments include marketing and leasing of Tampa Bay 1, a mixed-use town center concept consisting of 700,000 square feet of Class "A" office space in two towers, a 300-room Westin Hotel, 280,000 square feet of retail space and forty two luxury condominiums. The project is being developed by New York based The Bromley Companies on a sixteen (16) acre site at the highly visible intersection of Interstate-275 and Dale Mabry Highway. In addition, Bishop represents Denholtz Associates in the leasing of The Times Building located in downtown Tampa.
Tenant representation clients include The Bank of Tampa, American College of Physician Executives, Alltel Communications, American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), and other local and national clients.
